Guaranteed original products.
At Le Secret du Marais we help you choose the best fragrance for you, but we know that sometimes you cannot visit our boutique to take advantage of our advice and try different fragrances. Therefore, we have created our sample service.
Sample kits by theme: Jean-Luc and Marta, our perfume experts, have personally selected 5 fragrances in each kit so you can discover your ideal perfume. In each kit you will find 5 samples of 2 ml each based on a theme (olfactory family, our favorites, by genre, news ...).
Here are some important points to keep in mind:
-For the purchase of each Sample Kit, we will refund €10 of the price of the kit in the form of a voucher for your next purchase. You will receive this voucher by email and it is valid for a single order and expires 3 months after the date of purchase. The voucher is not to be used as cumulative with other promotions or discount codes. This €10 voucher cannot be used to purchase sample kits.
- All samples are made manually, respecting all the necessary safety and hygene measures. But this process can take some time, so from the moment the order is placed until it arrives at your home, it can take up to 10 business days or more.
- The cost of the sample vials (2 ml), the order processing and the shipping costs are included in the sample prices.
- No discount or promotional code may be applied to the purchase of the sample kits.
- For all purposes, the date the samples are filled will be the order date.
- We would like to remind you that fragrance samples must be used within 3 months of filling.
- For reasons of space, it is not possible to record all the ingredients (INCI) of the original product on the sample vial. However, a detailed list of ingredients and any other information can be found on the packaging of the original products. If you need information, do not hesitate to contact us and we will gladly inform you about the ingredients and also answer any additional questions about the product you want.
- Finally, we want to expressly draw your attention to the ingredients of the perfumes. In case you are a person prone to skin allergies and in order to avoid any reaction problem, we recommend that you check the ingredients of any of the products you want to purchase directly with us should you have any doubts or pre-existing conditions. In no event will Le Secret du Marais, like any of its employees, assume any responsibility in this regard.
- By purchasing samples, you confirm your acceptance to our disclaimer.
- Samples of perfumes cannot be returned nor are they subject to our exchange policy.
- If any sample order does not meet the requirements of our website, we reserve the right not to send the order.
- Themed fragrance kits are closed, non-customizable packs.
- Sending free samples that we offer when placing an order on our website will not be available if you buy only products from this section.
- If any of the requested 2ml samples cannot be delivered, the cost will be refunded.
- The management reserves the right to change any of the fragrances of the kits for another of similar characteristics if necessary.
- Our vials have a capacity of more than 2ml so they will not be fully loaded.
