3. FORMS OF PAYMENT

- Bank transfer: You can do a wire transfer to the account number provided when you place the order. This option could delay more tan 48 hours the pick up of the order.

- Pay Pal: You can pay for your purchases through the secure PayPal payment system.

- COD: This way of payment is only available for orders placed by phone and shipments to Spain and Portugal. Cash on delivery payments will have an additional charge of 2% of the total amount with a minimum of 3 euros.

4. PRICES

The sale prices listed in the Portal are shown in euros. VAT is included in these prices, but not the shipping costs. Shipping costs are borne by the user and will be added to the total amount of the selected products once the order has been placed.

4.2 GIFT VOUCHER

- Le Secret du Marais gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

- The value of the gift card must be used in its entirety in a single purchase: if the amount of the order is greater than that of the gift card, the difference will be paid with another payment method than those established on the website; If the amount of the gift card is greater than the total of the order, no purchase voucher will be issued for the value of the difference.

- Once the gift card has been purchased online, we will send you an email with a personalized code redeemable in any online purchase on our website or in our physical store at c/ Hortaleza, 75 in Madrid.

- If you prefer, we can send the card with its code to the email of the person you indicate and add a message from you.

4.3 WORKSHOPS

- Access to the Le Secret du Marais Workshop will be valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

- If for any reason you have to cancel your participation, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop takes place by email to this same address: workshops@lesecretdumarais.es. If you do not do so, you will lose your place as well as the amount paid by the workshop. If it is a gift voucher, you will not be able to redeem it again.

- Once the place in our Workshop has been purchased, we will send you an email with the next available dates in order to compose the agenda.

- Our Workshops are not included in promotional codes.

5. DESTINATIONS

Spain: Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxenburg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden .

6. DELIVERY

Peninsular Spain and Portugal:

- The delivery time is 1-3 business days after confirmed payment of the order, even though our company tends to deliver orders within a period of 24 hours from the pick up at our warehouse. Except in orders of "muestras 2ml", in this case the delivery time is 4 to 7 business days.

- Shipping to these areas is via the transport GLS or Correos Express company, unless the customer chooses another form of shipping when he place the order.

- The courier will delivery in the shipping address provided by the user during business hours.

- The Courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts in correlative days. In case of not being able to delivery through no fault of the courier, it will return the order to LE SECRET DU MARAIS in the Hortaleza Street, 75 in Madrid. Shipping costs that are generated as a result of such return shall be borne by the user. Similarly, shipping costs generated to again perform the delivery of the order, shall be borne by the user. Both charges will be notified to the user by email at the email account has been provided at the time of registering as a user of the portal.

7. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in your shopping cart. The factors that influence are: destination, units, and the purchase price.

Spain and Portugal:

- Free for orders over €35.00

-€5,00 for orders less than €35.00

Europe:

- Free for orders over €150.00

- €15,00 for orders less than €150.00

Rest of the World:

- Free of charge orders above 400,00 €

- 75,00 € orders under 400,00 €

If there is a change in the previous rates it will be notified to customer for approval by email to the address listed in your order.

8. RETURNS

The items offered in our store are guaranteed by important commercial firms. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. LE SECRET DU MARAIS S.L. will support the return of defective products and erroneous shipments, being LSDM who will take care of shipping costs whenever the client communicate reliably to LSDM this circumstance within the period of seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
