For this intensely concentrated version of Nice Bergamote, I sought to capture the very essence of a summer night in the Mediterranean. Calabrian bergamot merges with the candied sweetness of bitter orange. The sun-kissed heart becomes intoxicating, heightened by the fruity whispers of jasmine sambac. At its base, cedar unfolds languidly, caressed by patchouli and caramelized musks. A summer nectar, intoxicating and delicious, like skin caressed by sugar.

The eponymous star of the Eau de Parfum, bergamot, reveals a new facet in the Extrait. While it releases its joyful and radiant top notes, instantly recognizable, it also unveils sweet, almost candied nuances, enhanced by the softness of bitter orange. Soon, the floral heart unfolds on the skin, more radiant than ever: to accompany the ylang-ylang, Antoine Maisondieu selected a jasmine sambac absolute, a variety with narcotic and fruity facets, to capture the intoxicating and captivating nocturnal scent of white flowers. Its addictive trail lingers on a subtle woody chypre base, where cedar blends with patchouli, and hints of tonka bean vanilla combine with a delicious amber sugar accord.
