THE SPIRITUAL POWER OF OUD. The citadel of the Alhambra in Granada was declared a human heritage site by UNESCO in 1984. It is the essence of Al-Andalus. In the 11th century it was a royal residence, and I can imagine the spiritual power of oud floating in the air through its opulent palaces. A dreamlike fantasy that I have respected in all its purity.
